Happy hearts Valentines

Here's what I used to make these valentines yesterday.

• Ink: Almost Amethyst, Kiwi Kiss, Riding Hood Red all by Stampin' Up!
• Cardstock: Same as inks, plus Whisper White, plus Pink Pirouette cardstock
• Stamps: Happy Hearts, En Francais by SU, Stampabilities wood stamps Kids Play lower case and upper case
• Accessories: hemp twine, self-adhesive gemstones by Paper Studio
• Techniques/tips: each heart was stamped, then cut out; center of pink cardstock is torn out, then a layer of French background image appears through peep window

Bonjour, Le Tour

With Valentine's Day approaching soon, it's practically impossible to NOT think of all things French as romantic and fitting for the season. For this simple Valentine greeting, I used my never-before-inked En Francais background stamp and paired it with an Eiffel Tower image, which are a dime a dozen, and can be found on most stamp store shelves. C'est magnifique!

• Paper: Regal Rose, Whisper White, Basic Black, Wild Wasabi
• Ink: Stazon Jet Black
• Accessories: Regal Rose grosgrain ribbon from Stampin' Up! and Stampin' Dimensionals
• Stamps: En Francais by SU, Stampabilities Bonjour
