We decorated hard-boiled eggs today and I made egg salad sandwiches for lunch--I baked the bread too, using freshly ground red wheat from my food storage. Fun times! The kids are excited to have an Easter egg hunt. I like using real eggs for it.
Thanks, Melissa. The bread was prepared the old fashioned way. I AM the bread machine. I used to have a one, but never did like it much. I do have a Kitchen Aid mixer, but it's almost about to go out, after heavy use for the past 14 years. So I kneaded the bread by hand, and it still should have had a bit more kneading.

these eggs are pretty & those sandwiches sound yummy!
These are lovely Kelly! And that bread looks fabulous. Do you have a bread machine or is it done the old fashioned way?
Many Easter Blessings,
M.
